The 85th Study Program for Company Directors and Supervisors

CNAIC organized the 85^th study program for company directors and supervisors on May 8, May 9, May 12, and May 16, respectively. A total of four courses were conducted, namely: (1) “Brand Media Management and PR Strategies for Crisis Response” by Ms. Winner Wang, Senior PR Partner of LeadBest Consulting Group; (2) “Trends of The Labor Law and Adaptation Guidelines for Corporates at the AI Era” by Mr. Yesin Chen, Attorney of Ye Sin Law Office; (3) “Corporate Governance: A Brief Look at Asset and Equity Succession” by Mr. Ryan Wang from Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited (DTTL); and (4) “The Development of Ground-breaking AI Technology and Its Impact on Business” by Mr. Jack Lu, Chairman, PwC Business Consulting Services Taiwan Ltd.
