The 84th Study Program for Company Directors and Supervisors

CNAIC organized the 84^th study program for company directors and supervisors on March 7, March 13, March 26, and March 27, 2025, respectively. This series included the following four courses: (1) “Practices of Mergers & Acquisitions and Related Labor Issues” by Ms. Sophia Lelong, Managing Partner at Stellex Law Firm; (2) “The Impact of Trump 2.0 on Corporate Operations and Investments, and How to Respond” by Dr. Wang, Jiann-Chyuan, Vice President, Chung-Hua Institution for Economic Research (CIER); (3) “A Review on Matters of Concern and FAQs of Board Meetings and Shareholders' Meetings in 2025” by Mr. Tsung-Chin Lan, Vice President of the Tax Department, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited (DTTL); and (4) “Financial Reports and Future Developments: Management of Financial Data and Policy-Making Decisions for Company Directors and Supervisors” by Mr. Yu-Fun Yen from PwC Taiwan.
