The 87^th study program for company directors and supervisors was held on September 11, 2025, featuring two courses by Dr. Chun-Wei Lo, Ombudsman Committee Chair and President, Financial Ombudsman Institution (FOI) as follows: “Treating Customers Fairly Principles: From Regulatory Requirements to Governance Practice” and “Financial Accessibility and Protection of the Disadvantaged: Issues of Inclusive Governance.”
